Life mission brings out the goodness of life. Life mission keeps our eyes full of wonder and the beauty of life. If I think of all the times I looked around in the middle of my life in the horizontal world, in the midst of doing work I loved, I always feel enormously blessed. Doing the work we love always blesses us with the gifts we give. I can see the very thing we give is the gift that life mission returns to us.
When I see someone answer the call, I look up and smile and I say thank you for the privilege of witnessing it. I feel that humanity has a chance, after all. I see a great deal of that. Maybe that is one of the greatest gifts of doing one's life mission."

Imagine...
Witnessing someone wake up to their life mission. It is such a profound, wonderful moment. As a Caravan Guide, you are given a way to support people in coming to that moment.
In the book, What to Make of a Life (2026), Jim Collins describes cliffs and fogs people encounter in their lives as they face sudden changes that result in entering a time of 'fog.' It can take years to navigate the fog before clarity comes, if it does, about how one can apply their 'encodings' or what we might call one's life mission blueprint.
The work of Caravan helps navigate the fog in a way that is skillful and elegant. Caravan Guides develop a skillset in supporting someone at any time in their life, from the brink of success to the cliff to the fog, because life mission is an ongoing, emergent, practice.

Glancing back at the train of camels, he continued. “Caravan is not subject to anything that happens in the horizontal world. It does respond, however. It always responds to the needs of your soul and the help required for the work of Caravan to continue. Guides respond to your insights, to your challenges, and to your growth in the manner most beneficial in all worlds.”
