30-Minute Wednesdays To Uplevel Your Story
Have you ever wondered if there's something specific you're meant to do with your life? A unique contribution only you can make? Every Wednesday, a community of seekers gathers to explore these essential questions through guided practice.
"Like musicians practicing scales to master their instruments, we develop mastery with life's most important instrument—our own purpose."
What Makes CaravanGo Different?
Most personal development work happens in isolation. Books are read alone. Journals are kept private. But at CaravanGo, we've discovered something powerful: purpose reveals itself more clearly in community.
Each week, guided by experienced facilitator Carissa Kazyss, we create a rare space of structured reflection where:
- Insights emerge that wouldn't come when thinking alone
- Hearing others' reflections sparks unexpected realizations
- The discipline of weekly practice creates momentum
- A supportive community witnesses your unfolding journey
Caravan Go: My Sacred Half-Hour of Renewal
Caravan Go is a sacred time for me. On days when I feel overtired or overwhelmed, that gentle reminder to join Caravan Go is exactly what I need. I think to myself, Yes, I need this half hour. It feeds my soul and gives me the nourishment I need for the week ahead.
What I love most is the opportunity to pause, breathe, reflect, and dream. It’s a space where I can truly listen to my inner self and realign with my life’s mission. Caravan Go is more than just a session—it’s a gift of renewal that keeps me grounded and inspired. - N. Fontaine, Winnipeg, MB, March 2025

Begin Your Journey of Remembering
What if the answer to "Why am I here?" is already within you, waiting to be remembered?
Scale #1 (The Caravan of Remembering, pg. 18)
Survey your home as if it belonged to a stranger.
Ask yourself, who this person is that owns these things and why. What can you tell about this person's intention or lack of intention for their life? What might this person's priority for their life be? What kind of life does this person who owns these things have? What is his or her life about?
Scale #2 (The Caravan of Remembering, pg. 52)
What were you designed to express?
“Because you were perfectly designed for your life mission, no one else can do it in the way meant for you. In the end, if you do not do it, it may be left undone.”
Scale #3 (The Caravan of Remembering, pg. 87)
Rumi said, “Let the beauty you love be what you do.” If you let the beauty you love be what you do, what would that mean for you and your life?
What would you be doing? What would you be doing differently? What would you stop doing?
New participants welcome any week. No preparation required. Simply arrive with curiosity about your own unique life mission.
